Friends Malabon Marks 9th Year
Friends Malabon celebrated its 9th anniversary last Sept. 13, 2011 with a sports theme at the John Paul II building, San Bartolome Parish, Malabon City.

Fr. Archie of San Bartolome Parish presided over a thanksgiving Mass.

Sis. Marion Lipayon and Bro. Julius Aquino, the moderators, started the event by welcoming the attendees and guests.

Friends Malabon's Praise & Worship Ministry performed “Whistle Act,”  formally opening the occasion. Bro. Chris Obedoza led the joyful dance.

The elders of the community imparted messages of encouragement to the chapter: Bro. Rene Tumang, Bro. Lito Dawa, Bro. Allan Tigue, Bro. Max Estayo, Sis. Dina Balicanot, Sis. Peng Palmera,Sis. Rose Minas,  Sis. Dal Lipayon and Sis. Violy Vasquez.

The members took part in the different games. A cake raffle and announcement of the best sportswear winner ended the event.

The Friends enthroned the Divine Mercy image at Department of Finance main building along Roxas Blvd., Malate, Manila on May 9, 2012. The image was transferred from another building of the Department, also located within the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas complex. Friends holds 2nd 'Way of Mercy' in Bulacan

Friends Bacolod held its Treasures fellowship on March 18, 2012 at Parlor Hall of Sacred Heart Seminary, Lupit Church, Bacolod City. About 20 members, led by Sis. Friends@Play sees action at Villamor

Friends@Play, the friendly sports competitions between chapters of the community, resumed on March 11 at Brgy. Villamor courts in Pasay City.Main Chapter and Friends Villamor clashed at the volleyball match, with the former prevailing in two straight sets with 25-21, 26-24.
