Bro. Rene Tumang, FDM director/adviser and Sis. Dina Balicanot, supervising elder for the Divine Mercy Apostolate, went to Pasig Regional Trial Court (PRTC) in Pasig City last August 20 to give a short seminar on the Divine Mercy Devotion and launch the Divine Mercy on the Block (DMOB) there.

Bro. Rene introduced the community and its various missions in the areas of evangelization, acts of mercy and propagating the Divine Mercy. Sis. Dina showed a powerpoint presentation on the history of the DM devotion, together with a detailed discussion of each element as contained in the Diary of St. Faustina.

The seminar was capped by testimonies from Sis. Zeny Encarnado (DMOB Caloocan), Sis. Normalyn Ibe and Ligaya Celajes(DMOB Pasig) who have all experienced God's mercy when they welcomed the DM image in their homes.

The PRTC Prayer Group was led by Hon. Judge Danilo Cruz (adviser), Sis. Salome Viray (president) and Sis. Regina Melchor (head of worship ministry). The seminar was attended by 18 court clerks from various branches of PRTC.

Also present were Bro. Lito Dawa, FDM supervising elder, Sis. Liza Guinto, head servant FDM Pasig and Pasig DMOB cluster heads and workers. Sis. Melds Margate is appointed as DMOB coordinator for the outreach DMOB in PRTC.

Friends holds 2nd 'Way of Mercy' in Bulacan

Friends Bacolod gets reminder on 'Cross'

Friends Bacolod held its Treasures fellowship on March 18, 2012 at Parlor Hall of Sacred Heart Seminary, Lupit Church, Bacolod City. About 20 members, led by Sis. Friends@Play, the friendly sports competitions between chapters of the community, resumed on March 11 at Brgy. Villamor courts in Pasay City.Main Chapter and Friends Villamor clashed at the volleyball match, with the former prevailing in two straight sets with 25-21, 26-24.
